Fenton Tower is an exclusive-use venue. When you select us for your corporate event, the castle and grounds are entirely yours for the duration of your booking.
If you want to run a large-scale event for hundreds of employees, Fenton Tower won’t be what you’re looking for.
We can host weddings for up to 300 guests in a marquee on our lawn, which typically isn’t suitable for corporate events – although we’re open to new ideas, of course!
Our offering is much more intimate – small bespoke corporate events in a private, secure, and professional setting.

We can host boardroom meetings for up to 22 attendees and theatre-style conferences for up to 50 delegates.
There is also ample space to facilitate buffet lunches – or even afternoon tea to add some elegance to the proceedings. Who says corporate catering has to be stale sandwiches?
And let’s not forget your lodgings for residential events. The Tower has seven luxury bedrooms spread across several floors, sleeping a total of 13 guests. For larger retreats, we have two additional cottages that sleep four guests each, so 21 people can stay with us at a time.
Our first-class team will be on-hand throughout your event to ensure every detail is taken care of; leaving you to brainstorm, strategise, and focus on all things business.
A Secluded Location
Fenton Tower is nestled in a tranquil location between Gullane and North Berwick. As we are just 20 miles from Edinburgh, you still have easy access to major transport links.
Our expansive grounds provide a relaxed setting for small corporate events and feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of Scotland’s capital city. Pair with sweeping views in every direction across 360 acres of private land, and you have a setting that provides ample inspiration to help creative ideas flow.
The nearest train station is just two miles away in North Berwick, and we are mere minutes from the main A1 road that runs from Edinburgh to London. Should you have staff, clients, or partners travelling from further afield, Edinburgh Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Indulge in a delicious meal for up to 32 people: a great opportunity to bring spouses and partners along to enjoy what the tower has to offer! We have an exclusive partnership with one of Scotland’s finest catering companies who will relish whipping up a delectable multi-course menu, tailored to your tastes.
If your corporate event is in the summer months, why not add some drama to the proceedings with a BBQ feast cooked live over the coals? We’ll be delighted to set up some outdoor seating so you can enjoy the show as day turns to night.
Then, if you want to extend your event with an unforgettable after-party, we have 8-foot thick walls and no immediate neighbours. Celebrate into the wee hours with no risk of noise complaints!

If you prefer to go off-site, we have relationships with the best local suppliers and are happy to arrange activities on your behalf, such as golf, fishing, or equestrian trips.
